I have a bachelor's degree in English and a masters degree in education, and I taught English at the high school level. I also have a journalism background and am a published author. I enjoy tutoring students in subjects like literature, public speaking, essay writing, English grammar and mechanics, editing, reading, writing, study skills, and test taking skills. I love to learn, and I'm determined to help others succeed. My professional experience in teaching has develop my skills in customizing my approach to the learning style of each student I work with.
